These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website webseed.me (the "Site"), operated by Webseed OÜ ("we"/"us"). They do not form a service contract — engagements between Webseed OÜ and clients are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.

All content on the Site — including text, design, code, logos, illustrations, photography and trademarks — is the property of Webseed OÜ or its licensors and is protected by Estonian, EU and international copyright law.

You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial reuse of any content requires our prior written consent.

The trademark webseed and the leaf-mark logo are unregistered trade marks of Webseed OÜ.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webseed OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, where permitted by mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely matches its economic purpose.
